Disgusting Experience from Momentum Fund at work

Hi Mr Hlengani Frank Munwanati retired from New Rack Mine in August 2020, completed all Provident Fund forms with the company and went home. In January 2021, i started engaging Momentum, where they told me SARS rejected as the names and tax number not corresponding. He fix his tax issues and sent me proof to SARS, of which I sent on the 4th July 2021, my email was actioned on the 19 August 2021 after following up. In September 2021 Zava from call center told me that there's problem with the system, today Amanda from Call center refuse to help me, till today the old man never received his Provident Fund and no one is communicating as to what is the hold up. This is disgusting.
