Disgusting Communication from Administrators

Metropolitan Retirement Administrators for the Transnet Retirement Fund went ahead and paid out ex spouse without the decency of even notifying me that this was being done. I understand that they are supposed to notify you before this is done. I am very disappointed with Metropolitan.
