terrible day.

i made a claim for my pension fund on the 06 of December and i received a notice of email received from Amanda . i also received an email saying that claims sent after 13 December will be processed in January the 2nd i call them to ask how long does it take to receive the money they said i will receive money from 15 -20 of December today is the 21. Then today i decided to phoned am told it takes 46 weeks to process the claim.

i have made commitments based on their promises. i am stranded because of momentum.

The service is terrible.
