Disappointing service received

Very disappointed in the level of service received from momentum. After 2 days, I have not received my payout and I am being taken for a ride by both momentum and their legal team. I initially spoke to Mampoma Nwamara who contacted Siyamthanda Gwala, she confirmed she has escalated the matter to the legal team and is awaiting feedback. Promised to give me a call yesterday, but did not. I called again today and spoke to Thandiwe Ndlovu who (after holding for over 15min) hung up on me. It's been a good 2 months since they have given me the run around stating they are awaiting legal team to confirm if my debt is binding or not as I have maintenence to pay. I fail to understand why this is taking so long. Please help sort this matter!
