Disappointing service
I have a retirement annuity with Momentum and in the past they always assisted me 100%. Now that I have a major problem and will be homeless by the end of the first week in December, now, suddenly, they can not assist me and tell me that they are not allowed to give me info to assist me to get access to my funds, but is that not their job to assist me with the knowledge they have ? Why do we invest, we rely on them to assist us and help us to be financially independent, not to ensure that their investors are homeless because "they are not allowed to help us", is that the way to be treated after they made money from your investment ?

11 Dec 2023, 12:26I was assisted by a certain person at Momentum who told me that there are ways they will be able to assist me, but he is not allowed to assist me in that regard. Momentum must help me understand, I have an investment with them, but they are not allowed to assist me, does that even make sense ? I send emails twice to the CEO and other managers, the CEO does not respond at all due to the fact that he is too important to speak to an investor, let me remind you that the investors are paying the salaries. The person who assisted me since April 2023, gave me false hope and currently my family and I are homeless.
He blocks me on whatsapp, it is easier to ignore me than to attend to my problem. I don't have a huge investment, therefore I am not important enough.
IF MOMENTUM REALLY WANTS TO, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST ME, BUT THE EXCUSE OF THE REGULATION BY LAW IS AN EASY WAY OUT FOR THEM.
They trade with the customer's investment on a daily basis, thus, it is in their best interest to keep the investment as long as possible.
THANK YOU SO MUCH MOMENTUM FOR IGNORING ME AND BLOCKING ME ON WHATSAPP, IT IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
