disappointing service
<p>good day. over three weeks ago , i called wanting to add my husband to my policy, they sent emails requesting documents which i sent. today i called wanting to find out if my policy has been amended only to be told that no my husband has to do blood tests and no one bothered to tell us this in the last 3 weeks . </p>
