Disappointing Momentum Service

This review relates specifically to Momentum Multiply. I have been a loyal customer of Momentum brands for several years including Momentum short-term insurance, Momentum Multiply, Momentum Health and Momentum Financial services. I have always gone the extra mile to remain loyal to the brand even when other offers came along because of their good service. Now, after being a loyal client for so long, your Momentum Multiply brand has become terribly disappointing to the point where I am considering moving my financial products elsewhere. Momentum Multiply changes their "hoops" so often, that slowly but surely my status downgrades that impacts on all my investments.

I am a healthy individual, I eat clean and I am very active (see my active dayz). My healthy heart score use to be green but since Multiply decided to one-sidely change my Multiply contract - I am not and amber heart score. Momentum's reason - I apparently have high cholesterol. I am on cholesterol medication so the "high cholesterol" could be attributed to "good cholesterol". To prove this, I now have to pay for a full blood test myself to show Momentum Multiply that my Cholesterol is acceptable. I find this utterly disappointing given the fact that when I had a "green heart score" my cholesterol was "higher" that it was now on an "amber" heart score. Momentum Multiply's system of determining the "healthy heart score" is flawed but as a loyal client, my hands are tied - I now have to pay a notable amount more on my investments due to their flawed system or I have to pay a substantial amount for a full blood test to prove that I am healthy.

On-top of this - Momentum Multiply does not have a formal complaint avenue that actually cares or works. I've complained about two of your products and bad service before (via Multiply avenues) and received no response apart from sarcastic and uninterested "mmm yes, yes, yes..."

Soooo disappointed that Momentum treats a loyal customer like this. Thank you for not going the extra mile for loyal customers and making your hoops impossible to jump through.

I would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  It is unfortunate that you have not had a favourable service experience and would like to apologise for that.  The matter has been escalated to the relevant department for investigation and they will be in contact with you shortly to assist further.

Reviewer Update
Good day Ms. Coetsee. Thank you for your reply. Do note that I am employed full-time in a professional occupation so I was in a meeting and unable to take the call. It is advisable to contact your clients more than ten minutes apart when they are unavailable since there might be good reason they are unable to take your call. I take note of Mr. Moodely's reply - I understand that Momentum has their own, well-researched parameters for measuring "healthy heart" although my frustration remains with the fact that I am penalised so severely for my "amber heart" rating since I am only just outside the parameter deemed suitable and it is the only "somewhat acceptable" rating I have. But thank you for the reply and trying to assist. My frustration with the generalised and extremely strict manner of determining "healthy heart" remains. Regards.
