Disappointing in Momentum

It is evident from the plethora of extremely poor ratings, that Momentum doesn't have client satisfaction at heart.

In my case - No feedback, No updates, No callbacks, conflicting updates between different staff members when my broker investigates.

I resigned in November 2019 and believe that the last contribution was made in early December. Today I learnt that the dis-investment process only started yesterday which means I could only get my payout by the end of January.

Can someone at Momentum please get some clarity on 1) why this process has taken so long and 2) by when the money will be paid over?

I refer to our telephone conversation. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of communication. I confirm that we have sent the required ROT to your broker and await the signed completed ROT back. Upon receipt of the ROT we will be in a position to apply for tax and complete an account verification and then pay the claim.

We will follow up on the ROT tomorrow.

Kind Regards

Sue
