Disappointing

My money was reversed by a certain store to my multiply account in November 2021, I waited and phoned in December to ask at Multiply why it doesn't reflect, they kept promising to call me back, the consultants will never do follow ups, it will be 1 call and that's it, I've phoned many times asking for the same thing many times & sent mails to them but its the same story over and over again! Til today, 01 Feb 2022, I haven't received my refund back! I am tired as it is and disappointed about their lack of communication & service regarding this matter.
