Disappointed with Momentum

I've resigned at work on the 12th of July 2019 to embark on the new project which needed funding. My then employer HR filed a pension fund cash lump sum withrawal to Momentum on the 29th of July 2019, of which they confirmed to have received it. I was told the payout will be in 4 to 6 weeks. Also received a sms from Momentum with a ***/SM on the 16th of August 2019 saying the claim will be completed in 20 days. All those deadlines gone, but still not received any payment due to me. Spoke to a lady either Nabo or Nazo not sure, she said the data was captured as transfer or preserve which is not true according to exit form i filled. Maybe someone can advise what to do, i fed up with this Momentum but things are so bad now i need the funds. I mean it 8 weeks gone now already.
