Disappointed with 2 pot system service

I am so disappointed with Momentum 2pot service. I put my claim in in September of 2024 and am still waiting for a payout.

I receive no communication from them, unless I call and wait 15 minutes on hold before they answer the phone. Every time I call, they say there's an error with the application. Then I do as they ask and then wait a week, call back because I don't receive any updates and then I hear something is still wrong.

This is my 4th month of waiting and I still haven't heard anything from them.
