Disappointed in the provident fund department

I am disappointed with the level of service from the provident fund division. I have been making follow up on my claim since the 4th of June 2020, and every time I am told that they are waiting for some information from the company I worked for. Clearly the company is not sending that info, so are we just gonna sit and wait. I also sent company hr, a message telling her to forward you the requested info, which she didn't. So what then now, is momentum just gonna wait. Not even making an effort to contact the company . Am very disappointed
