Disappointed customer

I am so disappointed in the service I have received from the pension fund claims department. The staff is so nonchalant and somewhat undermining. The supposed “Michelle” who is dealing with my case has no decency to keep her word of calling back. I’m definitely moving my personal policies from Momentum! I’ve never received such a run around from Alex Forbes before. Absolutely pathetic!
