Disappointed and frustrated with this company!

I was dismissed from the compI worked for in May 2025 and received a notification for my provident fund withdrawal on the 17th June along with the my colleagues I was let go with, I did my withdrawal claim before them, they have received their funds early this month of July, I called Momentum numerous times and left emails, and I can see on the website that my money was indeed disinvited which I was happy and had hope that within 5 days from then I will receive my funds, I reached out even on their Facebook page and they called me on the 18th of July to say that indeed it is disinvested and is with SARS waiting for Tax directives, last week friday I went on SARS website and there’s the Tax directive and it was done on the 18th of July, my first question is how is it that my colleagues received their’s long before me and why is it taking so long for mine to be processed, I lost my job unexpectedly, I have 3 kids that go to school, I have rent to pay, yes the funds are not enough to sustain me forever, but I desperately need it now because I don’t have any other means at the moment, I am losing hope in getting my money , please help I am begging!
