Disappointed
I've made a request for withdrawal on or about 16 October through my advisor from Dynasty with police number ***, I've been making follow up and was advised it takes 5 to 7 working days for the claim to be finalised to-date I've still have not received any notifications in my account, kindly advise what is the delay.
