Disappointed

I have an investment product with this guys and requested for a disinvestment and close off the account even filled out the forms as per requirement, however they only paid out a month's debit amount to my account, worse i cannot even access my "portfolio" on their website nor the app which is very useless don't even know how much interest if there or how the investment is doing . Communication lacks with this guys and for a big organization like this its disappointing.
