Disability impairment claims
Really disgusting how you handle claims submitted. Obviously want to pay as little as you can, for your benefit. Continuous emails to fight for what is due to me after I obtained a permanent disability. I have been a loyal client for MANY years. Would not expect to have ever claimed for something so awful. The way you dragged this out with the outcomes has not been a positive experience at all.

Kindly send me the amounts confirmed via email. I dont find the previous response confirming the amounts. Note,this issue was about the way this claim was handled, NOT the amounts paid out.
