Directive from SARS

Iam very disappointed in Momentum. They are doing my company's provident fund and after I tried to submit my Tax Returns in August , I discovered that I have a Directive on my Tax Number that does not belong to me....A Clear Error that they are not helping to resolve. I've been in contact with different people since August but till now , there is no light. When I call they say send email, when I email they take days to respond.

The list is longer but didn't write all their names and I thought they would help me but now I am so stressed out because SARS is charging me penalties for not submitting. @Momentum (SA) please help
