Didn't receive all my lump sum

Thank for taking my matter into consideration and it was quick response.But l have another quiry. l received my lump sum payment but as l owe sars l made arrangements with them that l with pay with 6months instalment but to my surprise Momentum didn't honour that, they gave all my money to sars which l was going to save my money. I am going to pension in 2years time from now.I am about to loose my house which l paid for almost 16years. It is going to be repossessed please assist me.
