Delays Claim Payout

To date, following an escalation of my delayed payout, I have not seen any noticable progress besides receiving emails from urgent emails for my case which have not yielded in any positive result nor updates on the progress or lack thereof on my claim.

To anyone considering using momentum for their insurance or investing on any of their products, good luck!!!. They are good at deducting monthly debits but not as quick to payout!!!
