Delaying tactics against withdrawing from SL***

Ive been communicating with momentum trying to withdraw from my RA. Its been a nightmare. The last straw was when an agent by the name of ......finally responded to my to say my investment was 2 pot complaint and even gave me a figure. She said she will send a separate email with the forms to be submitted. Guess what? 4 days later im still waiting for her to send me that separate email. My question is why did she not put all the forms on the email she responded to in the first place. Regardless of how many emails i have sent requesting the very same forms.....Momentum has decided to ghost me!!!!!!! This is my hard earned investment its not like im asking them to borrow me their money.......its my own contributions. I need those forms sent to me ASAP and the money paid immediately because im tired of them to do the right thing!!!!
