Delaying Provident fund payout without a valid reason

Momentum has taken over a year to pay out my Provident fund. I was informed by their call center agent that everyone in my company has been paid expect for 7 x employee (that includes me). I was promised payment will be **** ASAP as they had an error on their side which has since been resolved. for 2 weeks now i am told they are applying for a Tax directive. A Tax directive doesn't take days to give an outcome. I know this because i apply for those in my work of field. i was promised Siyanda the Administrator responsible will give me a call. i am still waiting. i wouldn't recommend Momentum FundsAtWork to any organization. they have poor work ethics.
