Delayed withdrawal and slow service

I resigned from my company on the 20th January and sent my paperwork for Pension withdrawal the next week. Received a sms on 9 February it was received. I waited and now after 90 days receiving paper work and over 100 days of filling in paper work no withdrawal was paid out. Each time I phone i get no answer or feedback or any mail sent no answer or feedback. How is this possible, this is the most delayed process ever. I know pension withdrawal is a long process but this is redicoulous.
