Delayed Retirement (Pension Fund) Withdrawal for months

Retirement withdrawal Momentum SA is so unprofessional with bad communication channels. They do not stick to timelines. We've been following on the retirement fund withdrawal with calls and emails not being answered until they said the claim was not process because of the Administrative Manager . The delay happened two times already and they not giving full details for that.
