Delayed payouts

Terrible when it comes to payouts. I app**** for a withdrawal and cancelation of my investment Fund on the 13th May. To date I am stil waiting for my money. This is despite the exorbitant cancelation and withdrawal fees they take from my money. I realized the best thing is to take my money and throw it onto my Bond account, knowing I won't b charged when I withdraw it for my use.
