Delayed payout
I've waited for a retirement cash pay out now for more 30 working days yet they claim this only takes 21 working days. No communication whatsoever, i have to call every day and get told the same story. I m being being told my query it has been forwarded to an administrator every week . I left my my previous employer end of September 2021
