Delayed cash pay out.

My Policy number with Momentum is DE***. I've requested a cashout on this policy on the 7th for February 2022 and upon speaking to one of their agents I was informed that the pay out will happen in 7 days. To this date I've had to call to follow up as no update has been given to me unless I follow up.
