Deficient customer service

I am extremely disappointed by the level of the atrocious customer service i have received from Momentum thus far, i deeply regret referring my employees to this institute. i to keep requesting follow ups from my financial adviser as if i loaning the money i invested and all i get is subpar misdirect answers such as "you should get your funds some time this week...' and "i am awaiting an update on status of the withdrawal".... ten days later!!!!

i have been a customer for momentum for over a decade and this is the customer service i receive when i finally decide to withdraw some of the funds invested.

i am never ever taking any product with momentum again and i am pulling all my referrals with.
