Deducting money but does not issue vouchers

I placed an order for R40 000 vouchers last week Friday, the money was deducted from my account but the order show's cancelled.... I sent through the POP on Friday already and it's Tuesday with NO FEEDBACK!!! Shivaan said to me yesterday that he will come back to me during the course of the day (Monday) and nothing!
