DECLINED MY MEDICAL BOARDING CLAIM

I was an employee of Gautrain I got injured at work had 9 operations can't walk at all. My workplace and Surgeon said I should be medically boarded but Momentum declined several times the doctor declared me unfit for work in April 2014 so momentum says it should be the day I got injured how could they say that as the doctor did a lot of operations to determine that I won't get better. So the day I got injured the doctor should have known that I am not going to recover I can't believe this is how momentum treat their clients. Now I am a nervous wreck as I was dismissed from my workplace as I can't perform my duties and the insurer don't want to pay out and accept liability. This is unacceptable I have two boys to provide for.
