Death Claim complain

I’m Direlang Mosala have made a death claim of my Father ID no:*** name Sello Israel Mehalane, 2021 with a company called Akhani until it’s terminated it’s contract with my dads company Consol, then we where informed that everything will be taken to Momentum I was help by Tebogo Thusi in the begging of 2022 and he assured me that payment will be made by November 2022 but nothing happened, he doesn’t return my calls, no feed back at all so now I call him today he put his phone down my ear . Everytime I call, I will be told that banking details are outstanding but I have send it by October 2022 and he told me it will take 6 weeks please help me I’m struggling please give me a call *** thank you
