Death benefit claim delays

My husband passed in Aug last year. I have been Told since end of Dec that Payment will be made by Jan latest, nothing. I have called and emailed and sent complaints and NOTHING. no one is able to give me any indication of date of payout. Everytime I deal with someone telephonically I get NO Positive feedback, just empty promises that contact will be made. NOTHING. i am a mom of 3. This is money my husband worked 10 long hard years for. to ensure my kids and i would be cared for. I am disgusted in how widows in particular are treated. It will not go well with this business if it continues to handle widows in particular in the manner that it does. The persons i ask to speak to never take the call and never return a call. The email address of the person working on the claim keeps bouncing back. I want an answer and a call back before the close of business TODAY 10 FEB 2022.
