Costing me money

I asked to do a Section 14 transfer of my RA to another administrator in 2014. Momentum app**** for the WRONG DIRECTIVE WITH SARS. As a result of Momentum's error, I had to PAY SARS. I'm still waiting for Momentum to rectify their ERROR, in order for SARS to REFUND me the funds, nearly TWO YEARS later!!!!

Dear Ms Branco,
Please accept my apology for the incorrect tax directive app**** for. We are in the process of cancelling the incorrect directive - this takes 48 hours, and thereafter will re-apply for a new directive with the corrected information. As discussed with you telephonically, as the mistake occurred in a previous tax year, it will unfortunately take a bit of time to rectify the error. We will first have to cancel the incorrect tax directive, then re-apply for the directive with the correct information for Discovery. Lastly, we will need to re-issue a tax certificate reflecting the new (correct) directive number where it reflects that no tax is payable, and re-submit those details electronically to SARS so that they can do a reconciliation on their side in order to re-do your tax assessment.
I will provide you with further feedback when the next step in the process occurs.
Kind regards,
Nicolette D'Arch

Dear Mrs Branco,
I am happy to advise that this matter has been resolved. I have emailed you a copy of the corrected tax certificate pertaining to the amended tax NIL tax directive received. We have also confirmed with SARS directly via our contact at SARS that they did receive our electronic submission for the new tax certificate, and have made the neccesary corrections on their side.
You can proceed to re-submit your tax returns to SARS – the tax charged previously is no longer applicable and should have been removed from SARS systems and from your tax returns, and you should have no further problems when you re-submit you tax returns.
I hope that this matter has been resolved to your satisfaction?
Kind regards,
Nicolette D’Arch
