CONTINUATION OF MEMBERSHIP NOT CAPTURED CORRECTLY SO THEY JUST CANCEL YOUR BENEFITS

I advised Momentum in November 2016 that I would be transferring membership to my personal capacity. The continuation form was duly completed (including Section 7). They only did HALF the job as it is 4 months down the line and I'm being advised that they are cancelling certain services due to unpaid fees.

This was dealt with in prior telephone calls, but they didn't bother to follow up - they wait until a person is "in arrears" before going back to check the forms as original requested from January when the calls began.

PATHETIC SERVICE AND LESS THAN USELESS PEOPLE DEALING WITH OUR ACCOUNTS

As per our discussion your query is being investigated and feedback will be provided.

Dear Ms Parrington,
Our Multiply call center have tried tophone you, but have been unsuccessful. An email was thus dispatched to you as follows:
********************************************************************************************************
We refer to an enquiry that was escalated to Multiply regarding the continuation of your Multiply contract. We have investigated the case and wish to apologise for how the continuation request of your Momentum products has been handled. This is not the standard of service that Momentum strives to give to our valued clients.
The request to continue you your Multiply contract on an individual capacity signed 28 November 2016 was received by Momentum Health, however this was not forwarded to Multiply to update our records.
We are also aware of the communication sent to you by Multiply regarding an outstanding amount for the months of January, February and March 2017 for your Multiply contributions and wish to inform you that in light of the error above, you will not be held liable for the membership fees mentioned above should you wish to continue with your Multiply contract and the first debit amounting to R235.00 which would be collected on 01 April 2017 would be for the month of April 2017.
Please confirm with a response to this e-mail should you wish to reactivate your Multiply contract as per the attached continuation instruction signed 28 November 2016.
We trust that you will find the above in order.
********************************************************************************************************
We therefore await further instruction from you on how to proceed.
