What a pleasure! Had a query on my current RA and called in ... Hailey answered (sorry i didnt get your surname) and woeps waps she politely sorts all out so friendly and super confident in what she is doing - and i cannot tell you what a comforting feeling that is! Thanks girl ... awesome to have people like you at companies we intrust with our hard earned money. You rock bokkie have a fabulous day :)
