Compromising MY Security

I just phoned to get my IT3(b) but before they proceed they need the answer to some security questions. Happy to give my full name and ID number but then they want a whole lot more. This is simply a breach of my personal security. When will you get up to speed and get voice recognition like Allan Gray - AYEESH
