Compliment & Thank you Mrs Mashadi Mtoba & Mrs Sue du Plessis

I would like first of call to Pay a Compliment to ladies at Momentum .This purely based on this specific recent customer experience I had . This Posting might come across to some reader as not important . But in my life and it affects me it does . Due to my current mental limitations . I have stop writing in general . Reason being my decease has become worst over the last 18 months . Which makes my writing seem like a foreign language. It limets me to finding the correct words to express myself most of the time . Not to mention even how to spell it . There fore I mainly revert to voice notes . ( dictation ) The first one is to a Lady Mrs Mashadi Mtoba . I had the honour to receive a call back from her yesterday seeing that I’m about to start a processes for consideration . The first time I dealt with this Disability department was from November 2020. Which I could not fault . But only praise for how they provided outstanding customer service during my case at the time .

This will be the second time interacting with the disability department going in the near future .

Due to her position , normally her day will be filled with lots meetings, at the highest level with the iMomentum group . Yet when she call she was extremely patient , soft spoken , and gave me her full understanding. Just listen to me … We as human being somewhere in every life . Come a difficult time . And that’s especially is so important just to be given a few minutes. This bares no reflection on whether my application will be successful or not . It’s purely to give praise to some whom. I have never met . But was will to take the time to call a” nobody … being me “

Then the second person is an Amazing person with the biggest kindness hart .

Mrs Sue Van Wyk from the compliment and complains department. Who has gone beyond duty of call serval times before .

After giving feedback to a request of a survey . I received a follow up from her . How it came about , I’m not sure. But yet again she was there for me . Nothing is ever to much . Both these ladies are a credit to the Brand of Momentum. This might be a small reason for some people . But to say thank to you to both ladies . I appreciate your time given.
