Complaint / Poor Customer Service
An absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with, calls aren't recorded, unhelpful consultants, Funds@Work is absolutely pathetic, turn around times are CLEARLY not correct, I've waited for over 26 WORKING days, still my claim is in the air. Who is competent enough to deal with???
