Complain

I got a resolution for my mothers death claim in march ..we made follow up only to find out they didn’t send me the options payout letter when I got it ,I signed it and sent it back same day which was 1st of may and they said everything was in order they just needed the paper to make the payout to my supervisor nothing was done until I called again end of may and they told me they are waiting for second resolution which they got on the 10th of June but still they have not app**** for the tax directive .. and when you ask why what has the hold up been there is no answer and when you ask to be put through to the administrator Maureen letwaba she is forever unavailable and never calls you back even when you leave a message.. so we don’t have a way forward or what’s going on with this case.
