Come on Momentum!
My pension from my last company was with Momentum. I sent through my withdrawal forms when I resigned, and three weeks later they are asking me for documents that was already sent, advising that they are only now starting the process. Surely in this time when everyone is struggling financially there should be a little more urgency? I have sent email upon email and made many phone calls with no response.
