I was shocked - I literally just needed to do a beneficiary change but it seems like you guys are way too important for the small things. After holding for several minutes and 4 consultants later taking your ID number confirming your address and blood group i was told i can simply do this myself on the app - WELL SOOORRRYYY - then try and access the app - nope i cant it states there please call us - then i call back again just for your agent to tell me but call your financial advisor and tell them to do it! My goodness, i couldnt believe that i had to beg for someone to send me a beneficiary form and actually do a bit of work! So sorry to have bothered! Shedai your attitude sucks and girl we ladies should make life easier on one another not more difficult! Good luck with your day!
