Claim turnaround time, poor communication

It is so embarrassing that I am actually coming here to leave this pathetic review, especially for a company/brand that I tirelessly worked for, for years. I was last told that my claim is routing for tax 1st November 2024, still waiting. I am so disappointed Momentum Metropolitan Staff fund!
