Claim turn around time of 26 working days- its a lie
They claim it takes 26 working days to process a claim. My former employer informed momentum on the 16-07-2019 that I will be cashing out my pension(resignation) and according to their website under "claim tracking", the date to money market was 01-08-2019. It has been 42 working days and there has been no communication(NON-WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) from their side. When I follow up, they ask for my ID number and complete silence after that. a simply email stating the progress of my claim is not too much to ask, infact the money should be in my account by now according to your so called SLA turn around time
