Claim Payout not paid for 2 months

Momentum is probably the worst thing that ever happened to me,I resigned from my work end of August due to illness I only submitted my claim in September but my last contribution to Momentum was in August..I waited for my claim for 6 weeks when I start calling with my airtime I'm told to apply for two pots before I can apply for my retirement fund what the hell old money,old rules..I will not apply for two pots I want my hard earned money this back and forth is making me sick I want my money..Daily calls and emails for what all I want is my money without any unnecessary rules app**** to it.8 weeks of waiting for my money..worst company to trust with my money I'm sick and tired of the back and forth I want my money
