claim not yet paid

Good day i would like to lodge a complaint with momentum metropolitan staff fund on a payments for claims concerning their member who passed on in 2018 already and the member left funds for his dependant who is a minor and i was confirmed to be the legal guardian of the minor my issue is that we are still awaiting for those funds as the administrator at momentum confirmed now only on the 6th Jan 2021 that the claim has now been finalised and i should get the payment letter soon up to now is nothing has been received and I'm in a desparate situation now as i mite loose my car due to that and the car is the only means of transport for my son and i fell behind with the instalments because i was trying to make sure that my son.s needs are met while waiting for momentum to finalise things on their side but now i feel we are given a run around by the company about the payment.
