CLAIM NOT BEING PROCESSEDD

I was a Wesbank emloyee until the 22 December 2015. My claim was submitted on the same day. I logged into your website recently to check on the status of the claim. It says the claim was submitted on the 23 December 2015 but it doesn't reflect the date of payout. I called in to ask when I'll be receiving my payout and two ladies advised me that the claim has not been processed yet. When I previously spoke to my emPloyer they advised me that I'll receive the payoput within 6 weeks. When will the 6 weeks fall to if the claim hasn't even been processed. I'm expecting the money in 2 weeks already. I'm unemployed and relying on this money until I get another job. I'm really expecting it in 2 weeks time. Your delays are none of my problems. They should be sorted in house
