Claim

I received communication stating that I have a policy with momentum that has been claimed. I received a statement reflecting that I contributed 2800 but can only get 309 from that, I was advised by Ntswaki a consultant at momentum, and she said she would send me a statement reflecting that, she then provided an E-mail address for her manager, jMabua of which I sent an email to on Monday and still have not received any response from him. This whole process of claiming should take 5 to 7 working days, it is now the 8th day. I am unemployed and 2800 is a significant amount of money to me and not sure why momentum would rob me of this money
