chat consultants talk the talk but do not walk the walk - USELESS!!

I have now had my medical aid including multiply for a year and to date do not have a multiply card. I have asked MANY times before on your online chat and when that even works and doesnt get cut off, the first delivery went to the wrong address ( despite me giving the right one!!) and now im still waiting when i asked them a second time. This so called Moosa character that you 'talk' to says all the right things but iv yet to see any actual proof of any actual work done! add this to the proverbial battle for you to pay for my EMERGENCY surgery that could have resulted in me losing my eyesight and having an infection on the brain if it wasnt done within a few days ( this can be ignored as I eventually sorted this, only after threatening to take momentum to the medical council/ medical board and in fact had begun that). all i want is my freaking multiply card so i can enjoy some of the benefits that i pay for!!!!!!!!! I cant believe that I even have to write this in the first place...
