CHARGED MORE FEES THAN INTEREST I MADE

So these you guys charge me more fees on my RA than I made in interest, R8000 odd on a R100 000.00 RA. I have sent 2 emails to ask you to remove the broker on my RA and the emails are just ignored. If this is not done and my fees are explained to me then I will have to move my RA somewhere else
