Cashbacks not paid out

Momentum made a business decision to stop the Multiply and Money accounts for members not belonging to their Medical Aid, promising that they will continue to do the payouts up until end December

After being given the run around between departments, I finally receive a statement showing cashbacks earned and paid out and there are payouts outstanding form August. payouts where normally done within a week, but now they want to do the payout only in January

Although January is a few weeks away it's the principle for me. Paying a monthly fee for Momentum Multiply and getting brushed off when they don't adhere to the agreement
